my sister has had her digi cam for about a year and then one day when we turned it on the whole screen was just all black, and when you take pics its all black, but then if you took like 2 or 3 pics it would go back to normal but now it just stays black no matter how many pictures you take, the flash seems to be different also, it doesnt seem as strong, and it turns off a lot even though the batteries seemed fully recharged.
i think it might have something to do with the batteries, help!!!

I hope your using Lithium batteries instead of regular ones. I say check your manual for trouble shooting. If that doesn't work, it should have a number on it to call for more info. I'd switch out for a new one, if you had a warranty on it.

try looking it up in the troubleshooting part of the manual, if not call the manufacture. they might be able to help you over the phone
