How do you get a principle to finally get on the girls side insted of the guys side for everything?

You can't. I remember one time a good friend of mine was dating a star wrestler during high school. Well, the guy was a total douche who used to beat her up. One time, he actually hit her in the middle of a crowded cafeteria WITH THE PRINCIPAL AND THE WRESTLING COACH BESIDE THEM. It actually took somebody to say something to the two morons before any of them would do anything about the whole incident, which ended up with the wrestler getting a day of ISS.

Report him to the Board of Education about him being sexist. I'm assuming your principal is a guy.
