I hope you say the new movie by Clint Eastwood about the heros of
Iwo Jima. In a few seens these big power business men give there
cards to the service men to come and see them after the war. When
our heros tried to contact these men who were from Yale in the movie they could not get a job! all the hero's were left with very low
jobs and had a hard time with life. Our heros fight and the CEO
of the military industrial complex reap all the money as the men die and then when they come back heros they are ignored.

I've both read the book and seen the movie. I do recommend both very highly. The movie is out of sequence, especially to the book (which is in near-chronological order), but it is very powerful (I never shed tears at any movie and I almost cried at this one). It was violent and realistic when it needed to be but at least they didn't show what happened to "Iggy" in the movie (if you read the book, you know what I'm talking about). It's the first movie in months that I've seen and I would definitely go see it again. Hope this helps.

No!
Why more war glorification?
Especially now, during an unjust LOSING war!
The US hasn't won a war since WWII.
We should be in Afghanistan 100%, that was the threat, now the Taliban is coming back!!!
Keep deluding yourselves with WWII movies.
Propaganda, and overdone.
When's the Iraq movie coming out?

I want to see this movie. I think that the way you explain it is more of a modern-day tale.

I shall see it and I will see if this explanation of it is accurate. I'm sure you are omitting some thing.
