work your forearms using dumbells.
1)grip a dumbell
2)place your arm on a a table or bench so it is stationary.
2)with knuckles up bend your wrist down and straighten.
do not over extend which is at the point of pain and can cause injury.

I was once very skinny, 6'2" and 65kg. I am now 80kg and ripped thanks to spending countless hour searching for tips etc. Everything is all about weightloss, bodybuiling etc. Nothing directed to people like me. Here is a site which is TRUE, use it, it is full of info. There is also a link to a book I bought which was my bible. I know you are not looking for overall muscle gain but this should help. As for just wrists, buy a grip compressor, you know one of those things you hold look like pliers and you just squeeze them in and out. You can do it while watching tv every night. This WILL do what you want....Hope this helps.

Use a wrist roller. Make sure that you lower the weight slowly not just let it roll through your hands. The negative motion is what builds muscle.

I agfree w/ the tennis ball answer. Also, holding a 5lb. dumbell in your hand and curling the wrist repeatedly will work well.
