You can buy irrigation/lavage kits at the drugstore or get them from an allergist/ENT. I got one to use for my allergy/sinus problems in the winter. It keeps everything up there from getting too dry and irritated. You end up flushing about a cup of water with a little bit of salt through your nostrils. Make sure you lean forward over a sink and don't use water that's overly cold or warm (it hurts, trust me!). It really does help if you're having problems. Good luck!

Nasal douche. Salt, baking soda and water. Syringe squirt gently up one nostril at a time. It is a nasal douche. It does work.
