How about a serious answer? Ok. Red wines that contain tannin, normally bordeaux, some beaujolais and some merlots. On the other hand "aerating" a wine can also damage it (oxydization) if overdone. The best way to make a wine breathe is to decanter it (as well as eliminating deposits) into a carafe and drink it within 15-30 minutes. Also remember that "room temperature" usually means around 65F, no warmer.
