i got a flat stomach, i do lots of crunches how many should i do for muscles to actually show?? i got to flex for them to show and i want them to show without flexing is it possible?

and another question, how can you get rid of thighs?

The truth is you only need 25 to make yourself flexible.

Thighs-walk, walk, walk.

Park way out and walk in to every store. That adds alot of steps.
Walk to every stop. Bakery, food, laundry, daycare, hardware, etc. etc. etc.

Simple anwer for both your questions. Cardio. Numbers of crunches mean nothing if you have a layer of bodyfat sitting on top of them. Do a low carb diet, with health fats (nuts, avocado, olive oil), and lots of veggies. Drink plenty of water, and do a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes of good cardio at 75 percent of your max heart rate every day. If none of that works, then just be happy your tummy is flat, and know that not all women have the ability to get shredded to the point that they show every muscle striation.

two solutions to make abs show.
1. make more muscle
2. burn fat around muscle.

1. You'll have to do more crucnches. Get a yoga ball and work those abs. Maybe 200 reps a day.
2. Run.

Get rid of thighs: Get some morphine and a chainsaw. Wash up before your mom gets home.

run for your thighs, and just do more crunches, try doing them while holding a free weight like a 15 pound barbell or whatever works for u

You need thighs or you need a wheelchair. They are helpful for walking.

I can do ten crunches.

I'm working hard on getting six pack abs, a few more six pcks and I'll have them I think.

Just keep doing them until you see your muscles start to show!
