Here are a few things you can do:
1. Go to local gyms, they're great and fun!
2. By some excersizing things for your house. Like every night you can go down to ur basment and go on a treadmeal or bycials
3. go on bike rides. Maybe you can have a few friends with you too
4. Wake up early and go on runs in the morning. You can first walk one week, then jog one week, then run one week make sure you have a bottle of water!
5. your can buy those tapes that people make for exersizing pop it in ur VCR make sure no funriture is in the way and have fun!

Loosing weight and getting in shape are not the same thing. You may actually gain weight and be in shape since muscle weighs more than fat. Do yourself a favor, throw away the scale, eat right and exercise, your body will find your perfect weight.

the basic concept is burn more than you consume, so i guess start exercising more and eating less, but be carefull not to get too obbsessive because eating disorders are easy to get into and hard to get out of so just make sure you're always carefull....
don't drink anything except water for the most part, and try to eat healthy food (no junk like cookies and chips and ice cream and fast food.. you already know) have a big salad with lunch and dinenr and eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies because they are way healthy for you and negative callories (a 75 cal. apple takes 100 to burn) and it helps fill you up....

girl u dont need to lose any wieght but if u really feel like u need to
read this look down
take my advice
eat 3 tiimes a day
breakfast lunch and dinner
but eat half of lunch and half of dinner
dont skip breakfast
and drink lots lots of water
and and excersize but not too much
like 30 minutes everysingle day
and listen
dont follow those stupid diet stuff
like the diet food or programs
they make life worse
believe me

most important thing is to exercise to burn off carbs. at least 2-3 times a week, jogging or any other form of exercise.
or you could try dieting. slowly cut down on your food intake. or you could switch to a veggie & fruit diet. but still do eat some carbohydrates and protein.
anyway, its how healthy you are that counts, not how skinny. be proud of yourself! :)

hey, im tryin 2 lose weight 2, since u wanna lose 15lbs, i say starve urself 4 a week and u will lose close to 10lbs.
Hey it worked 4 me, but just rembr watr is ur friend since it suppresses ur appetite, wen consumed on an empty stomach, that is.
