No soap on your face! Just rinse your face in the morning with warm water. Blot dry! Then...

A little PONDS moisturizer!

I have found that Cover Girl makeup was a plus and without it, I tend to break out. (Either water based or oil based, depending on your skin type.)

I don't wash my face at night. (I know that breaks all the rules, but I found it was too drying.)

I've done this since High School and still have people comment on my beautiful skin.

Cheap and it works for me! (By the way, I tried all the name brands.) Good Luck.

The cheapest way is to eat healthy food and exercise (that gets the blood flowing in the face, which keeps skill healthy and renewed). My dermatologist recommended a daily vitamin and 3000 mcg daily of Biotin, which helped a lot. I'm a woman in my 30s, so if you're not an adult, you need to check with a doctor to see what's the right dosage for you.

I use oatmeal on my face every other day
Cook just a pinch up in the micro for 15 seconds, you don't want it soupy, put on face when cool, let it harden, then rub off with fingers, then rinse with warm water then cold. It is a natural and great way to clean and tighten skin.
I don't even use soap anymore and my skin is sooooo soft

well, if u mean "blemish" as in zits, i have the perfect thing:
mash 2 strawberries and spread all over your face. wait 5 minutes... than wash off. The strawberries will slough off dead skin, thus making it "Soft " and the salicyc acid inside it will erase pimples.
