Bicycle riding is great.
I knew a man who rode a bicycle 8 hours a day. He didn't have a bit of fat on his body and he ate like a horse.

Running decreases leg mass. It tightens the muscle tissue together, making it smaller but still building muscle. Beware of walking with bad posture- that'll just make your legs bigger in the wrong way, but walking is still effective, just not as good as running. It's like replacing meat with tofu.

You can't target specific areas for weight loss. Begin a balanced program of all-around fitness. Martial arts would be good.

I would have to say eating a healthier diet, drinking water instead of cakes and coffee, don't go back for second servings, and walking.
