So what is the question? 1967 Mustang rusted out hulk. for 1,500 dollars? There is not many perfect Mustangs left. Matching number cars with out rust under the windshield grill. So? No motor the skin with or with out drive line 6 cyl automatic 6 cyl 3 speed? or 289 2bbl or the coveted K in the Vin Number. For the high performance 289 4bbl car.

Have a 67 GT with a 390 matching numbers on 2nd restoration. Have owned 26years, bought from original owner. The car is priceless to us. All depends on how much time and effort you want to put into a restoration.

BTW still has the original radio!
