IMPORTANT

If your symptoms are mild then see your gp on monday, if your symptoms are severe.ie..... feel unwell and very frequent trips to the loo, back pain, , painful, smelly urine, +/- blood or with a fever then call your gp now.

A Urinary tract infection during early pregnancy can threaten the safety of the pregnancy.

Though antibiotics aren't always prescribed the GP will consider the risks versus benefits and if your uti is quite severe its best to prescribe - trimethroprim or a cephalasporin medication.

You may get relief by pouring some warm water down your belly while on the loo or even weeing in the bath if it gets difficult. (We all do it.... don't we?)

I am a midwife so please believe what I say and take the following advice asap.
As mentioned before it sounds like you have a urinary tract infection (uti), if this is the case it needs to be treated asap. Either go to the GP and explain your symptoms, he/she will act accordingly, or if the pain becomes immense, the babies movements become reduced or you become feverish you must call your hospital in which you are booked into and seek medical advice from one of the Dr's on your delivery suite.
I don't want to scare you but severe uti's can trigger premature labour or rupture of membranes (waters breaking) it can lead to nasty kidney infections, and so on. As you can see you MUST sort this asap. P.s I'm not sure on your hospitals local policies, but where I work you must have had your 20wk (anomaly scan) in order to call the delivery suite, otherwise its your GP, or A&E.

You might want to check to see if you have some kind of infection. How far along are you? Everything seemed to hurt when I was pregnant, and then it all went away after the babies were born. Seems like everything changes and even my doctor couldn't explain all those changes. Hang in there...the great reward is right around the corner!

Sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. Call your doc and get medication for it quickly before it turns into a nasty kidney infection and you end up in the hospital. Be sure to drink lots of water and cranberry juice...

How far along are you?

Because I am 36 weeks and it hurts when I pee only because everytime I pee, my baby moves down (because the bladder is shrinking and she has more room again). So, it feels like a mini-contraction every time I pee (which is a lot......)

Sounds like a Urinary Tract Infection. Call your doctor to see if medication is safe for your trimester and pregnancy. Cranberry juice is good to help flush out your system, drink lots of it.

It could be what Ashley has written or it can be a infection, so its best to see a dr, before then drink plenty fluids specially cranberry juice, it really helps if it is a infection.

You most likely have a urinary tract infection. Go to your doctor and drink lots of 100% cranberry juice.

Most likely a UTI or kidney infection. In addition to seeing your doctor right away, drink "distilled water" it doesn't have any minerals in it to irritate your system. It works!
