Hey ladies, just was wondering what you value in a guy you'd date in this age group and in what order. Do you value intelligence, honesty, sesitivity, looks, career, money, family, friends, dress, confidence, openness, kindness, and communication skills. Thanks!

At this point in my life,30, I want to see that a guy has spent his time since college graduation building something for himself, not just living it up.

He values his relationships with family and friends, He knows what life's really about. He "gets the joke" and lives accordingly. He's a positive person and doesn't complain about things he can't change, he laughs about them. If he doesn't have a faith, he has a well-defined philosophy.

He knows that money isn't everything, but it's a big thing. He tends to his finances with care. He has no debt and has already started planning for important financial goals: home and retirement.

He's interested in the happiness of his partner. He's loyal. He can't talk to someone for long socially without mentioning me. I can trust him with my life, because that's what I want to vow to him. He also knows what kind of lady he would like to build a life with and does not continue to date me if he's certain that I'm not that type.

He lets me know how to make him happy without being demanding. He knows how to clean and cook for himself and will be willing to pitch in with household duties if we're living together.

Of course, I don't expect to know all this on the first date, but I take note of any hints I get.

honesty, a good sense of humor, a gentleman, looks are important but they're not everything, confidence, family values, a good job, someone who can be themselves and have fun.

dude females love older adult men because they imagine for some reason they're better mature. you're saying you dont elect to calm down with one female and thats suited for you. you should use your mature seems for women to imagine your diverse then the different guy. "he seems older, so he must be better mature" then screw them till your bored and flow on. youthful chicks love older adult men they sense like their better mature if their with you and a lot less likily to work out it coming once you hump their sister.

Pretty much all of the above. But probably most important i'm looking for someone to have fun with...this is such an awkward part of life. We're still young and don't want to be too "adult" (i.e. boring) but we're over the whole drinking till you puke every weekend. And please please PLEASE don't play any of the stupid games...if you like someone act like it and TELL THEM KNOW...if you don't don't waste your time and there's and politely move on.

Everyone wants something different. But you can only be one person - YOU. The woman for you will appreciate you for who you are.
