Glad you asked that Sam. Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.
No sugar

SAM you have been a member since 10/21/06 and have 96 points already???????? YOUR 13,,,1st put the soda down,,diet soda is just as bad(chemical in it makes you eat) stay away from JUNK FAST FOOD PLACES,,eat at home ,,your mother or father know how to cook,,,,fruits are good to eat and don't for get the veggies,,,,,,I'M NOT PICKING ON YOU,,,,BUT 96 points in one day......GET OFF YOUR BUTT,,,it's Sat. ride your bike,,,do sports...lift weights,,anything but sitting in front of a computer!!!
Sam ,,I'm 58,,and i did 25 miles on my bike just goofing off...but that's me ,,,and hey wait till sun. i'm going for 30 miles,,,so young man your choices,,good or bad...................
