Your statement "we condition every other day" doesn't say anything about the conditioning nor the intensity, so it's hard to judge, and I can't say whether you are working hard enough or not.
BUT, what I can suggest is this: On the days when you don't do conditioning, why not put on your running shoes and run 2 or 3 miles at an easy pace? YOU WILL BE AMAZED at how this will play into your basketball performance. Your recovery from your full-court runs will be faster !!!
Good Luck

If your running 2 miles, and your beating other kids in your group, then you probably in good enough condition. I mean you wouldn't be if you ate some serious desert or drugs or something, but even then you would have to do that at a serious extreme........so basically you seem fine, especially the conditioning/2 mile crap.

Start walking plenty, and as soon as you'll do a few suicides w/o feeling too out of breath, you're walking-clever ready. You will have to additionally leap rope or leap up and right down to get in form for rebounds. Practice dribbling and taking pictures. ONce you'll execute all of those matters good, you'll be in fine form for basketball. Take this from any individual whose performed bball all their lifestyles.

That is a very personal question. Do you feel healthy? Do you feel like your body is in the best shape it can be? Do you think your body is ready to perform at the level you need it to?
A person can always be healthier, but if being healthier takes over your life and doesn't allow you to enjoy yourself or your good health, you may benefit more from allowing yourself to relax.

It sounds like you are in pretty good shape for your age. But if you want to get better, try working out little steps at a time.

Your weight is no indication of your physical shape... More data is needed. Anyway, try this: run 5 kilometres in 25 minutes or less. If you can do it, that's my definition of physical condition.

Always train your hardest, even if you're better than most your peers. This separates the physiologically lucky from determined athletes who push themselves. You do it for yourself. Aside from camaraderie and teamwork, pushing your own limits is what makes sports so fun.
