would accept a passport with the date of birth written as 0/0/00 (gmt of course)

Yeah yeah very funny. You're talking about Jesus therefore the answer to you question: anyone in the time of Jesus since he wouldn't need to accept his own passport if he had such a thing back then. But 1. a passport 2006 years ago??? and 2. a calendar 2006 years ago???
