Do you mean children born on US soil by illegal aliens?
It is a double edged sword. The children are technically US citizens which means if they are deported with their parents then we are violating the child's rights. But if the children only stay then we the taxpayers have to pay to support the children until they are 18 years old or beyond.
And how much harm will be done separating children from parents. Example when Native American children were separated from parents and sent to "Christian Schools" for education. A whole generation of Native American children did not know our culture and language which basically allowed our spoken language to die out. It is only now we are fully regaining our languages.

no! they were born in that country and that makes them part of the country they were born in. for example if the united states started deporting illegal aliens and their children that were born here then every other person that was a descendant from anyone who was from an illegal alien should be deported to. even if your family came before the 1900's because they were aliens in this country at one point. your question is just ridiculous.

Depending on the age of the children. If the kids are over 18 and are born in th USA they have the right to stay in the country (my nephew) If they are younger they have to go where the parents are and when they reach 18 they can come to the USA and live as any American citizen (my nephew was born in the USA grew up in the Bahamas nd came to live in America after high school) Hope this answers your question.

No because if they are deported along with their parents, when they grow up, they could feel wrath towards the USA and then they could turn into terrorists, so it would be worse cuz maybe these children could be needed for future issues like maybe the next hero of a WORLD WAR.....What the USA should do is to invade Mexico, I am Mexican, and trust me, the reason people leave this country is because our GOVERNMENT doesn't give a darn about us, we pay more taxes than any other country in the world, the problem is that Mexican government officials earn alot while a normal Mexican citizens lives by the day trying to make ends meet.

Depends
If the parents have been here for lets say 2 years and are trying to become U.S. Citizens the right way let them all stay.
If they come here just so their child can be born on American Soil then ship them all back, with a box of American soil.
Bottom line you shouldn't separate the children from the parents if the parents go then the children should go also.

We in the U.S. have always had a prohibition against that, because if you are born on U.S. soil, you are an American citizen. And if you're an American citizen, you can't be deported.
I would use this measure as an absolute last resort to solving the immigration problem. You really don't want to split up families, and you don't want to see American citizens (babies born here of illegal aliens) being deprived of their constitutional and civil rights.
I am of the opinion that if any one group's civil and constitutional rights are abridged, modified or lessened, all our rights are threatened, if the circumstances and political conditions were right.

Heavens no. Russia is between the economies that actual survived the meltdown devoid of lot of soreness. That by way of fact they weren't uncovered. neither is it incredibly is cruel to deport any newborn with its confirm. neither is it our company if the confirm has little ones, or brings little ones, which will return with the confirm. further and to boot, if the unlawful aliens portion of the deportation is the salary earner, the little ones might desire to be required to pass away with the salary earner. ======================================... somebody has to pay for the criminal habit of the unlawful aliens. the place a threat, it is going to be the unlawful aliens. Obama seems incredibly warm to get the yank Taxpayer to pay the expenses of the criminal habit, yet it incredibly is vastly incorrect.

Yes. The Constitution should be amended to specify that a child born in the US is eligible to become a citizen only if at least one of its parents is in the US legally at the time of birth.
