Put some cocoa butter on the scar everyday

There is nothing that will completely remove the scar, but there are many products that can minimize it's appearance. Some people swear by Vitamine E liquid or cocoa butter, rubbed into the scar daily, and there are some things at the pharmacy sections near where the bandaids are that claim to do the same. How effective they are depends on how old the scar it. If it is from a recent cut, they work better. A cut less than 3-4 months old also isn't showing what the final scar will look like. Scars tend to fade as they get older, and usually within a year you can tell how good or bad they are going to be.
If you have what is called a keloid scar, it looks the way it's going to look. Keloid scarring is a result of overscarring, and is a genetic thing. There is nothing you can do to change the appearance short of plactic/cosmetic surgery to reduce the scar. Even then it will not disappear completely, and some plastic surgeon's will recommend against messing with it because it can just get worse.
Every cut results in a scar, that's just how skin healing works. Stitches don't prevent scars, they just make them a little neater. If you are really bothered by it, there are also cosmetics which are helpful in covering the scars to make them less noticeable. Otherwise, you just have to learn to live with it. Eventually it will fade, but it will never completely go away- no matter what you do.
