How can I break my 1 and half year old small dog from pooping next to my washing machine? I take him out all the time. My other dog never has accidents.

If a baby gate isn't an option you might try putting a food dish there for him. Dogs typically won't poo - where they are fed.

Good luck!!

Put a baby gate in front of that area and keep him on a good schedule of walks. If the poop is too soft, his accidents may be due to a slight case of the runs. Lower the fat content of his diet.

Don't let him mark his territory. Get the liquid stuff to remove all smell and then get the little pebbles in a can to make him not want to go there. You have to make sure you are WALKING him or letting him outside though! Cause then it's your own fault for being lazy. Another way is to rub his nose after he does it and throw him outside for a while. Let him know there are consequences and you are top dog!

Help him out and put a large litter pan their so he can go in it.

Or clean area with urine gone. Crate train until he knows to go outside.
