Sounds like you have what everyone else is saying, gingivitis or inflammation of the gums. If you continue to floss for about a week nightly, the pain/bleeding will go away. That ache is from the food and germs settling in the gums under the gumline, which causes a bacterial infection. You may need to get your teeth cleaned professionally if it has been awhile. Try getting some good antibacterial mouthrinse like Listerine or Crest Pro Health. That will kill the germs and get things healing up. If you can't do that, try a little (tablespoon or so) peroxide and warm water and rinse. Good luck. It's defintiely not sounding like a cavity to me.

First off.. Caries has nothing to do with your gums. Thats a whole other issue....
Now, if your bleeding and your gum tissue is hurting you.. Gingivitis comes into play. Is your gum tissue swollen? Is your tissue red or pink? These are all questions that need to be addressed, before assuming anything. If... these are some things going on as well.. could be 'your lack' of proper gum care/brushing and or... could be stages of Gum Disease setting in.
Early Warning Signs Of Periodontal (Gum) Disease are:
Bleeding gums when brushing
Red, Swollen or tender gum tissue
Bad breath
Gums that start pulling away from the teeth
Pockets (spaces between the teeth and gums) that are deeper than the norm
Another thing..
Women are more susceptible to this disease at certain stages in life. Hormone chances..Puberty..Menopause.. Monthly Cycles.. Oral Contraceptives..Pregnancy.. the list goes on...... ALL can affect the blood supply to the gums.

Rinse with some warm salt water to help ease the pain. Really, if your gums continue to hurt I'm sorry to tell you to visit the dentist because even though that's not what you want to hear, you might avoid more pain later. But try gargling with salt water first and see if it passes. Feel better!

Not necessarily. If you have pain in the center of your tooth, than yeah. Take some vitamins and see if your gums feel better. If they continue to hurt or bleed, see a dentist.
Btw, your name is Pia? That's so cool. So is mine. I never meet people with my name. ^_^
