I have noticed that the "in" thing to do is to go completely bald down there. But isn't your hair down there a natural thing? I personally don't care one way or another, I just want to see what peoples views are on it...

Feels a lot cleaner, looks better, and makes it easier on your significant other to have a party downtown. I notice it is a whole lot easier hygiene wise also. I love it! it also turns some guys on.

Funny question. My husband likes that I keep it trimmed down there. But I don't want him to be bald. Go figure. Mostly it boils down to what is ascetically pleasing and individual tastes.

I only shave the bikini line for swimsuits and undies. Otherwise there can be some uncomfortable snagging if you know what I mean. As far as the rest I keep it trimmed, not shaved.

I know what you mean, about it being the "in" thing.
First of all, I think many girls do it just for that reason - they think it's the cool thing to do, as probably all the celebrities and porn stars either shave or wax down there. Girls probably think it is more appealing to guys, which is true for many guys. I think in one way, it can be a peer pressure thing. For some reason, au natural is seen as dirty, unclean, unkept, etc, when it is anything but.
Then there are girls that like the option, because you don't have to worry about anything popping out in bathing suits, or in thongs, and in the summer can be more comfortable.
I think basically, it is because of men - men like the shaved look, or the "racing stripe," and can be quite cruel and hurtful about girls who have the natural look. I remember hearing one story in high school about a girl who almost had sex with this popular guy, but he couldn't go through with it because she was "natural." These stories are disgusting and pathetic, as guys should go out with us in the first place because of who we are, not what our vaginas look like.
So girls, whether it is shaved, waxed, trimmed or natural, you're all fabulous and don't you forget it!!!

to me its kinda paedaphilic.. cos it looks like a young girls vigina who hasnt hit puberty.

it is a matter of preference.
As far as the natural thing goes - sweat is natural, underarm hair on women is natural but it doesn't mean we like it.

Well you're not the one who has to see it up close and personal. All that hair is nasty looking. A clean shaven one much more appealing.
