The purpose of boiling is to get rid of all the fat. Just put it in boiling/simmering water and the fat should rise to the top. A few times when I've had dogs with tummy problems I use this recipe:
2 parts long grain cooking rice (not instant)
1 part lean hamburger boiled or microwaved to remove fat.
Feed twice a day. The quantity depends on the age and the size of your dog. You might want to crush some garlic into the mix to make it taste good, or add some cooked veggies.
The main idea is to get rid of the fat while maintaining protein and carbs. Google Dr. Pitcairn for his books on natural health.

Don't even worry about the stove...the ICU/emergency centre I've worked in just uses a microwave- much easier!
Just put the chicken in a microwave safe bowl, cover with water, and microwave it. Obviousy how long depends on your microwave but it's done when it no longer looks pink and raw, and you can flake it apart with a fork. You just have to be sure that it really is hot and properly cooked and that if you're making multiple meals worth, it goes straight into the fridge as you'd do for yourself.
Then just drain the liquid off. If you've been told to mix it with rice, you can cook the rice the same way (though not with the chicken!!) and you can save a little of the liquid from the chicken to pour over it.

I use chicken thighs, I cover them with water and boil about 45 min. Then I just clean off all the good meat. The thigh is nice and moist, so are legs.
I use regular rice, brown is healthier, but since I only feed this if meeko isn't feeling his best I think the white is easier on the tummy.
Then I mix a little of each together and add a little broth. If your dog eats this, try adding a little regular food to it and see if it gets eaten.

Go here for an awesome dog training program http://OnlineDogTraining.enle.info/?79QR
Since it is obvious that you do not have a clue about obedience training, your services should be for free. You cannot train even an adult dog for 8 hours a day. About the most that can be done at any one time is 10 - 20 minutes and that is with an adult dog and not a puppy. The attention span on this baby is extremely short and training session should be no more than 10 minutes and twice a day. Additionally, there isn t going to be much learned if you will only be training for 5 days. Obedience training is cumulative and is done over a much longer period of at least several weeks to several months.
What you can charge is determined by your experience, reputation, and accomplishments and in a case like this, should also include guaranteed expectations. Just working with dogs over several years, is not the experience that is necessary to be a dog trainer. There are too many people who are putting that title to their name and fleecing the public. Don t be one of them.

Get pot.
Fill pot with water.
Put pot on stove.
Turn on stove to MED-HI to HI heat.
Wait for water to boil.
Insert chicken.
Wait until Chicken is white. Cut a piece open to check. If it's pink, continue boiling.
Need to go faster? Cut the Chicken into strips.
No salt or anything. The dog will love the taste as it is.
Feed to dog.
Now you are done.
yay.

Put water in a pan. Put chicken in the water. Put lid on pan. turn on the heat. Bring the contents to a boil, and turn the heat down to cook for about 45 minutes to an hour..Save the broth, as he will want to drink that too.

Cook the chicken 45 minutes to an hour... make sure to take off all of the extra fat and skin.. also if you are cooking rice with it make sure it is white rice and OVERCOOKED, you want it really mushy.
