My Fujifilm Finepix A330 will not let me turn the flash on and off, help!?

How do you mean exactly?
It won't pop up?

Does it have the flash symbol with a slash through it on the screen?

Are you in auto mode?

Look in your manuals trouble-shooting section.

I'm not too familiar with that camera, but here are a few ideas:
Is it in 'auto' mode? Sometimes the camera is set to decide on its own if it will flash.
Is it in video mode?
Have you used the flash a lot? It may be burnt out.
