No, they aren't the same, but they do have the same message, same God, same prophets, same stories. So, although they aren't exactly the same, they are similar. The Qur'an confirms the hebrew bible, or torah.

Completely different. The bible has 66 books by 40 authors, The quran was written by one man who claims to have had revelations while fasting. Most people who are not muslim would agree that these hallucinations were brought on by starvation and a need for a growing military to further the ideas and needs of Arabs in the Region to distance themselves from Jews who as we know also have close ties with Christians.

no, the hebrew bible is the same as what you would call the old testament. chronologically the koran comes after the hebrew bible and then after the christian bible.
