Has anyone had a lot of friends die in the same year?

Has it changed your perception of your own life ?

I have had close family members die in the same year, and it really "woke" me up and made me face things alot differently.

Well I haven't myself, but just this week 3 of my husband's friend past away. And about 3 more this year along, so that is six. My perception on my life hasn't changed, but my husband sure has. He keeps looking behind his back now.
