I just started taking it a week and a half ago, and I've been sick to my stomach and having headaches. I feel like puking everytime I eat.

The smartest thing to do is call your doctor and explain what's up. Anyone who has ever had a problem eating should be very cautious using Wellbutrin. If that's you, then call your doctor first thing Monday. Different people respond to different psych meds differently. Sometimes there are short-lived side effects that go away after your body adjusts; sometimes they hang around. Sometimes the med works; sometimes it doesn't. What you're describing, tho, doesn't sound like a typical side effect.

My husband did.He started feeling great then he couldn't eat then he got bad headaches. Now it just makes him feel druged. Try finding a good psychologist to talk to. Only use the drugs the psychiatrist gives you until you can work through your problems with a psychologist. Unless you have a chemical problem, such as bipolar,or something even more serious. Other wise the only thing that will truly help is working through all the pain that causes depression.Keep up with the pills until your psychologist thinks your ready to live without them.

Yep, a colleague of mine had to be off sick for a week because of this. Even when the side effects subsided he had no "positive" benefits from the drug. His depression and stress was caused by a bad relationship, which resolved itself without meds, when he broke off the bad relationship. He didn't have the oft-mentioned "chemical imbalance", rather a "lifestyle inbalance". This is something to consider....

Talk to your doctor, not every anti deprresent works for every person. I love wellbutrin, but paxil was horrible for me. Call your doctor right away and have him/her switch you to another type of anti depressant.
