yes see a normal weight person needs 8 - 8 oz glasses but if you are over weight you need one more 8 oz glass for every ten lbs over weight so you would need 11 - 8 oz glasses a day to be perfectlly hydrated I would also add one cup of green tea in the morning only cuz it has caffine in it green tea has antioxidents in it you need!!!

you need to drink 11 glasses of 8 oz of water every day almost 3 quarts a day!!!! I also would say 3 glasses of water a day
sometimes ppl think they are hungry when really they are only thirsty most of the U.S.A. is dehydrated

I would also go and get detoxinfied too

Should work pretty well. Your biggest concern should be calories. How many you can have per day is relative to how much you work out; height, age, etc. Also try to stay away from fast food or junk food. Those types of food have little to no nutritional value so your body will crave more food on top of the junk you already ate. When you work out you will get more hungry because your body will need the nutrients to repair and build muscle. If you feed it junk it will be unsatisfied and crave more which will increase your calories beyond what you should have. So stay away from empty calories as much as possible. It would also help to get more protein and cut down on carbs but don't cut them out completely.

Use this calorie calculator to figure out what you should be aiming for.

Your exercise plan looks alright, but your diet being 20% sweets will derail your diet faster than you can say 'ho ho'. You need to have quality sources of protein in every meal accompanied by a vegetable. Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, and keep complex carbs for after workouts, where they will not effect bloodsugar as much.

Try high intensity interval training for your cardio, and have it on seperate days than your strength training. 60-90 seconds of high intensity followed by 30-45 seconds of moderation. This style of cardio will allow for a greater thermic effect.

That will help you lose weight, but maybe not 10 pounds a month! Try to eat 100% healthy-reserve sweets only for real treats--like have a piece of your birthday cake, or if you go on vacation, allow yourself a great dessert 1 night! Good luck!

No, it's not.

In order to lose that much weight, you will need a much more cardio intense workout. You should do at least 45 minutes of INTENSE cardio every day...getting your heart rate up is what will assist you in losing weight.

Also, you need to plan on cutting the junk food and sweets all together....sorry, that's the way it works.

Thats a pretty good plan but cut your sweets down to 10%, and up your healthy foods to 90%. Less sweets and sugar the better.

Looks good. I just think 20% junk food and sweets is a lot in one day. I don't think you'll lose 30 pounds in 3 months, but I think it sounds like a promising program.

sounds reasonable - you could even cut back on the sweets some more.
Stick with it - you may not loose as much as 10 lb a month, could be less, but it's still a good thing.
good luck.
