actually.. itunes does not help you get your music back. you have to go thru third-party software to get your music back... if you're using a mac.. senuti seems to be pretty big.. on pc i'm not sure.. i know that if you know how to show your hidden folder or you know the code.. type it .. and refresh your computer... connect your ipod.. whic should show up as an external drive.. open it.. and you should see a folder named "music" just drag it over to your computer... once done you have to make itunes "re-read it" (sorry for lack of words) then make sure you turn off the 'show hidden folders' code.. cuz i'm sure you don't want to delete something you don't want to...
