i want to lose weight as fast as i can my measurements are 38-28-39 and i am 5'4 i weigh 150lbs..i think that i have big love handles lol and my legs are not to big but they are not as muscular as i want...i do not drink soda so can some one help me please.

Why arent you celebrating that you are healthy you were born without disformaties dosent this seem trivious when there are people born blind disformed I delt with a man 40 years old his father held him in his arms while I gave him a haircut he played with the top of a coffee can you could of been this poor unfortunate soul m. Whenever I feel like you and I do at times I thank jesus for making me the way I am . Stop thios go on with your life exercise eat well and be a good person to all and you will be better than any barbie lookibng shallow person thank God for what you have and the rest is up to you exercise walking alllot and cutting down on your intaske of food will give results . I am not preaching to you but the whole population is on a wrong course , everything is lookes good luck AcYou are beautiful the way you are . Thank Jesus

I'm only qualified as an animal nutritionist and not a human one, but I'd say eat less carbs (pasta, rice, bread, grains, potatoes) and more leafy vegitables, and meat. It takes alot of energy for your body to use the meat you eat as energy so it's more likely to use your fat reserves. I wouldn't totally cut out carbs or else you're going to be fuzzy headed and weak from low blood glucose. Most of all: excercise - light aerobic exercise like walking or jogging - not lifting weights or sprinting.

exercise by walking, no fast food only organic food and drink water as much as you can
