Only Our Heavenly Father Knows Who His True children are, & most likely, they are both within & outside all 3 religions that you just mentioned. In other words, not only Judaism, Christianity, & Islam, but also, Bahai, Sikhism, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc.
It is not for us to presume that just because one group belongs to the True Faith, while everyone else does not, means that we are entitled to the Kingdom Of Heaven.
I'm Christian, by the way.

The ones that will go to Heaven are the ones God has chosen. That will be the ones who believe that Jesus is the son of God and that He died for our sins. It will be the one who has led a Christ like life. For a Jew to make it he will be judged by the laws he follows. I cannot speak to the muslim because I do not know all of their tenets or rules or doctrine.

The right path is the one that works for you. It is the one that gives you peace and contentment in your life.
Kahlil Gibran said, ''There are many doors to G-d'', and I believe this.
People worry too much about getting into heaven-live a good life and heaven will take care of itself.

Those who believe that living for something more than yourself, helping others, becoming the best you can be, caring about people around you, sharing what you earn, being humble, and at the end of your life, feeling as though you are leaving the world a person God smiles at would cover it. It's not what you believe...it's what you live.

In the view of Islam, all of us shall go to heaven Because we believe in one only God. Be a good person, do the stuff your revelation tells you to do and you'll get there. And that's enough.
Peace to all christians from a muslim brother.

None of them will surely go to heaven. Only God is the judge.

First lets answer who will go to hell. Every person who has ever sinned (even if that sin was small and childish) will go to hell.
Thus, we all deserve hell (no matter who we are)* ...unless someone will take our place.
That one person who was willing and did take our place was the long awaited jewish messiah, Jesus Christ. God's chosen prophet and only son. All that is left for us to receive heaven (no matter who we are) is call on the name of the LORD(Christ), and ask him te give us that salvation for heaven.

I wish I could say that every religion will make it to heaven, but the truth is that no one really knows if they will make it to heaven (w/ or w/o religion). It's a gift and it isn't automatically obtained through death.

Neither. God does not exist. The whole concept of god and 'prophets' was invented by man; and so was heaven and hell.
When you die you reincarnate (regardless what you believe).

The only people that will go to heaven are the one that have believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for their sins. No religion will take you to heaven. The Lord Jesus Christ did it all for you on the cross. Religion is when you have to do something to please God. Grace is when God did it all. Ephesians 2: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
