Wicca is a henotheistic religion, which recognises its own specific gods, while not denying the existence of gods and goddesses from other pantheons. As such Wicca do not believe in Christian mythology or metaphysical beings, however they do not disbelieve either - side note, there is no such thing as a Christian-Wicca and Wicca do not follow many gods, only their own.
Christian fundamentalism would say that any religion who does not believe in God are wrong, that Jesus is the only way to salvation, that is their belief and that is that, as long as they are not prejudice it is not too bad, of course deciding other human beings are going to suffer for all eternity just because they don't believe in your religion is not exactly very nice.

It means in the view of Christians and Judaism that anyone not believing in their god will go to hell. But, hell is a place only they believe in, so in effect only Christians and Jews can go to hell for not carrying their faith. It's a control thing. It keeps them inline and from drifting to any other spiritual path. It's a threat, using eternal damnation of their souls to keep them in line.
In Wicca we don't believe in Judeo-Christian god, we believe in the God and the Goddess. The God and Goddess creates all life on earth for it takes a male and a female to create life. It is a duality of spirit (much like Ying Yang) where one can not exist without the other. It is a coexistance and respect for the duality in everything.
We do not believe in "good and evil" the way Judeo-Christianity does. We don't believe we are being judged by an angry and jealous god. We believe we are responsible for our own actions and that no action can be blamed on an evil entity such as the Devil. We believe that this is ultimate responsiblity and no priest can absolve us of wrongdoing. We have to make it right, or better yet not do wrong in the first place.

Wiccans believe in a God, and a Goddess. And as far as I know, do NOT believe in the Christian concept of Hell.

We don't believe in the christian god. We believe in at least two dieties. The Lord and the Lady, the God and the Goddess. Depending on what tradition your in the number of deities that you worship can change, as we have a number of pantheons to choose from.
But don't let the terminology confuse you, our Lord is the same as the christian lord.

They believe in a god and a goddess of their own religion, just as you believe in the deity of your own religion. They don't necessarily believe in the texts held sacred by other religions, just as you don't necessarily believe in the texts held sacred by religions other than your own religion.

I am part Wiccan - the reason I am not a full Wiccan is that I believe in God (no Goddess/Goddess/Gods)....I also believe in Jesus....
