I could be the diaper is too small, but as it's a boy, I'd say you have a problem with arranging the package. When you put on the diaper, make sure the penis is pointing downward, not upwards and not to the side, or caught in the legging gathers. If it points upwards, he will urinate out over the top of the diaper, and if it's to the side, it will come out the gaps in the gathers. Most of the padding is between the legs, and that's where he needs to point. Make sure you have the diaper on snug, but not too tight, to eliminate gaps at the legs and belly. Just be sure before you close it up that you have him pointed down and don't catch anything in the elastic gathers.

Might be time to move up a size. They say leaking is a sign of too small of a diaper. Or try another brand. My daughter leaks with generic Target diapers but not with Huggies.

It sounds like you have the wrong size diaper. The diaper is loose. It might be that 2 week old babys are small.

2 week/year??? My son is also a preemie. And like your baby he would wake in the morning with wet clothes...The best advise i could give you that really helped me is make sure his penis is pointed dowards, towards his bottom. Thats what stopped my issue!! Because when he would pee it would come straight out of the top of the diaper...

Go to another size diaper. If that doesn't work double up on them at night. Put the first one one and cut a slit in it with scissors and then put another one over that one. That will allow the first one to leak into the other one.

I would try a size up in the diapers or change diaper brands.
My daughter did that to and I had to put her in the size up diaper.

i would definately try a different brand of diaper.... go for a brand that has the reputation of not leaking like huggies. also, if the leaking doesnt stop put a towel above babies sheets so you dont have to re wash the bed every day.

Is he 2 weeks or 2 years?

you can try putting a towel down, so he won't get the bed wet. unfortunately, you can't really stop him from wetting the bed. that's typical in little children. I guess you will just have to keep changing him.
