There are lots of lower body exercises to tone your stomach and leg muscles at the same time. And if you eat more to compensate the energy lost then you won't lose weight. These exercises include Step Aerobic, Kick Boxing, Aquatic Aerobic, Bike riding, and Cross Trainer Machine.

You will only lose weight if your calorie intake in less than your outgoing so do the exercises but make sure to eat enough to keep your weight. I suggest a personal trainer to advise

Do regular leg weights (squats, curls) and for stomach, invest in swiss ball and do ball crunches

Anything that will grow your muscles but not show it if you don`t like being bulky. I`m a bit bulky and proud of it. I`m weird.
