water, a headache is either swelling of the brain or shrinking of the skin around the brain, caused by dehydration, so if you drink a re hydrating liquid the headache will go, that is if it is a headache, all paracetimol do is numb the nerves so the feeling goes, but the problem is still there

For most people, it would be caffeine. Chug a pepsi or coke..
But.. this is the CAUSE of the headaches in the first place for me! I am sensitive to caffeine. If my body goes without caffeine for 12 hours or more, I will wake up with a terrible migraine.. .the best cure is to PREVENT them in the first place.. go cold turkey, no caffeine - no chocolate, no coffee, no no-doz, etc. You will feel like dying for the first day or two, but once you are free from caffeine you will feel so much better!

I totally agree with everyone before me. We all have headaches from time to time some worse than others. I suffer with migraines a lot. I try to take the right kind of medicines, some work, some don't. The best medicine I have found cost about $140.00! I can't afford it, so I try all of the above and usually sooner or later it lifts and my head is sore from where it hurt.

Depends on what sort of headache it is. I get dehydrated if I'm not careful and that gives me a wicked headache. I have to make sure I drink plenty of water. If i forget I drink plenty once I've realised and then hit the paracetamol and my bed!

There is no cure for headaches!
Find out what triggers yours and avoid
these situations, e.g. type of food, drinks,
stress, bright light or noise etc.
Also go and talk to your doc. He can
better advise you than us "know it all" people.
