when i was younger i used to have all three of my splits down
and now i cnat get any of them

can someone give me some advice to how to get them back
i would really apriviate this

i have my middle slip lik 8 inches off the groudn but my 2 sides ones i cant remember hwo to do them
and i dont wnat to pull a muscle
can anyone help me out

Find your limit, hold yourself there and relax. Extend a little further and remember to breathe. Allow gravity to work in your favor. Time, effort and patience.
