I sleep at 5am and wake up at 3pm nowadays.
(No work nor school for me...it's a long break)

It's affecting my appetite and memory and concentration to do my work. Can anyone suggest how to switch it back to normal?

you need to just force yourself to stay up all day and then go to bed at the a normal time.

try going to bed and waking up just a little earlier each day (like maybe 15-30 minute increments). by the time your body gets used to the new time, do it again. or else you could do what I do when I've changed time zones (like a drastic change such as going from California to Germay). I stayed up for a full day and by the time I was supposed to go to sleep the next night, I was so tired I couldn't help but not sleep at the right time. Your body then should usually be able to sleep for the amount of time you usually do and hopefully be fine and you can stick with that schedule.

You are just going to have to suck it up and stay awake for 24 hours. When you wake up at three make sure you don't go to sleep until at least 9 pm and than go to sleep. Or when you go to bed at 5 am and set an alarm for 9 am. Be sleepy for the rest of the day and go to bed about 10 or 11.
