One way to help make them less noticable is to keep a cold spoon (probably two) in the freezer at all times and make it a habbit that you put them under your eyes a few times every day and when you wake up...

have you got any other symtoms? maybe you are run down and tired, but if you have always had them who knows. try using concealer stick to cover them
