Lets say I come up to you and we chat, I was polite and all, but you weren't interested, maybe I wasn't funny enough or u didn't feel attracted.. But u were single and looking for a guy.

Would you go to other ppl and tell them that this guy came up to you and tried to get ur number? Would u then make fun of him?

Why?

I wouldn't, but some people do. For whatever reason, their own insecurities come into play, and they need to make fun of someone else to feel better about themselves.

You don't need people like that. You're brave to ask a woman out. Someone will respect you for that, like you, and that person will be worth your interests. Don't concern yourself with fools who talk about you for their own amusement; you don't need such people.

I wouldn't make fun of him that's mean to him. It's not respectful to talk behind someones back like that either which I believe in being respectful of other people. The girls that would make fun of a guy for that are insensitive about how their words would affect him or they're trying to hurt him intentionally.

this is a true story.

this guy, in my grade, asked me if i was doin anythin after school. i had never before talked to him and i didnt know his name until he asked me. i said i wasnt sure and i couldnt date until my 16 birthday. he said oh, and we went our separate ways. i asked my friends if what they knew about the guy(im new in this school and im still getting everythin worked out) and they reacted negatively. i talked to him the next day. just shootin the breeze. and thats about the high point of our relationship. its all gone downhill from there. we barely talk anymore. i never made fun of him, but i never really defended him either.

ok, the main point is, its better to go from friends to bf/gf, than skip the friends step. i dont think we have anything to base our relationship on, and it suffered for it. i hope i answered ur question.

I can't imagine anyone making fun of you for asking. Maybe she had never been asked out before and wanted everyone to know? That doesn't make much sense, does it? Good Luck!!

Oh yea! Lolz, I would add him to my little list of rejects to make my self-esteem go up. Truthfully, I would avoid him but if he respects my decision then we can be friends again. Don't be afraid to ask, girls think it's a really brave thing to do even if they say no.

I would probably tell my friends about it — we tell each other lots of things, especially dating-related things — but I wouldn't make fun of him, unless I really, REALLY didn't like him. Probably because I would feel flattered knowing that he actually wanted to go out with me.

NO, I wouldn't make fun of you... Not all women are morons... We know it takes guts to approach a woman and ask her out...
Only a childish immature brat would do that.....
