It depends on what county you live in, or which justice of the peace you are going to go to. Check out this website http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/circuit.html and choose the county. After that, just follow the links and you'll be able to find a lot of information.

You have to call one, my friend paid $30, and of course you have to have your own rings and a marriage license...
I live in VA and was married 3 years ago, so I know what you need, I just do not have any ideal of a website for you to visit...
