Change your diet to include more fruits and vegetables and less meat. Do donkey calf raises, 3 sets of twenty and remeber to flex when your legs are at full extension. Those and crunches will help alleviate the lower tummy bulge which everybody gets, but most won't do anything about.

Do stretches and work your hip region, that will usually get rid of the love handles around your middle. Even after doing lots of crunches, the stomach will still be slightly protruding outward, I suggest start a program to get rid of your upper body fat.

a fat pad in he lower abdomen is a secondary gender sign for females. If your BMI is within normal range and you are fit. Do not worry about it. You will make yourself sick trying to compete with photo-shop.
