Eastern Faiths believe in Warm Hells and Cold Hells, so ice is a friend too. The Devil might have been misunderstood... maybe he IS purifying the dirt of human... for all we know Hell isnt eternal.
Also...Fire is Hot! Notice how sinful things almost always come in HOT packages? lol

Who said that fire is the devils only friend. Contrary to what the movies tell you, I dont believe that satan is a red guy with a pointy tail and pitchfork living in flames.
