If it kinda feels like a little lump, and so far your chest is flat, it sounds like you may be starting puberty. Hope I helped,
jujola11
P.S. Don't worry about it being Breast Cancer or something like that, If you are basically flat your chances of getting Breast Cancer, etc, are VERY SLIM, almost non-excistent.
P.P.S. It is normal for growing breasts to hurt sometimes, it's just part of puberty.

yes it is a sign of puberty and if you are really worried tell your mom and get info from her but you are 11 I am very sure that you don't want to do that -I was 11 I know how you feel

Stop touching them :) It is possible you are starting puberty. now days girls seem to be going through puberty much younger. I was 13 for my first period but I don't remember anything else leading up to it.

more then likely you are going through puberty, but you should tell your mother so she can be aware of the situation. then if its not getting any better she should take you to the doctor

have you talked to you mother about this yet...maybe you should just in case if you haven't. It might be puberty but if it's not then you should have your mom or another trusted adult female take a look at it just in case...

Your breasts get lumpier and more tender as they begin developing. This could well be a sign of the beginning of puberty.

I would tell your mom & go to the doctor. It is probably normal, but it is very responsible of you to make sure it isn't something serious.
