I saw it on Good Morning America and like everything else it's available in either China or Japan and will be coming to the US soon.

i think it's some gadget made by a japanese company...it's really expensive and "translates" dog language into human language, but i'll bet it's a waste of money. dog language is way more than just barking and whining, they use body language and emotions way more than we do, and that's something that no electronic device can measure.
