how can you make your arms bigger... not like a body builder.. just something that makes u look healthy and really skinny? please give me real answers. thanks

Do push up ten times a day, it will give you resolts in about a week or two.

Lift weights, but instead of doing a few repetitions with a lot of weight, do a lot of repetitions with a little weight. It will tone your arms without making them body builder style.

Take a Ultimate Upper Body class at local rec center or YMCA

i wouldn't suggest lifting with a small weight because the long term benefits aren't there. lifting heavy weights will help stave off osteoperosis. i would suggest using larger weights, to build the muscle and then just staying at that weight and doing more repetitions at that stage once you are able to maintain yourself at the weight and repetitions you were using. hope this helps.

Oh, do you mean like toning up ? If so you should try pilates. I do pilates and it is great.
