Ditch your gf. It sounds like she's causing a lot of problems. Your Mum and Dad give you grief because they care about you and want you to make the best decisions in your life. The reason you are stressed at work is because you're putting up with stress from all the other areas of your life. See your GP, take some time out to relax, go on holiday and get away from it all for a bit. I hope you feel better soon x

PS It's really important you see your GP if you're feelings this low.

Trust me no one is worth taking your own life for. Parents are supposed to give you grief, it's their job. It's shows they care and want you to be the best you can be. Be happy they love you! It's sounds to me like you girlfriend is a bit selfish. Sure, maybe she''s having a tough year( so am I), but it's no reason for her to ignore your feelings or to make you feel as if what you go through is less important. If she really cares, then she would be there for you, just as you are there for her. If she cannot, then maybe it's time for you to move on and find someone who truly cares for you.
Don't give up. There's always a rainbow at the end of the storm! :)

what do you get grief off everyone about? have you been to docs? sometimes things seem so bad one minute then a couple of months later you cant believe you felt like that because life has a funny way of being very up and down. maybe you are just around the corner from something great happening?

It is really sad that you are feeling like this, don't wish your life away get out there and enjoy it the first thing you have to do is deal with what you have been through maybes if you explain it all to your g/friend you might feel better if not counselling is a good way to get things off your chest. Hope you feel happier soon xx

Well everybody feels low at times, but you are only young ,so try and be positive, and look outside you and your self. If all else fails have a word with the Samaritans, although they don't really help from my own experience with them . You must look to the future and try to recognise what is causing this depression . Finally don't do anything stupid, and stay focussed on the future.You Do have one.

Everyone gets these periods at one time or another.Maybe it is a lack of some nutrient in your diet or just that you are one of those people who take on too much of other people.s miseries. How old are you?If under 18 then you need to talk to your GP who will probably give you a tonic and advise you not to get involved.

Sounds like no one is listening to you. There is a point in living, but we need to find our own way. It is especially hard to do that when you feel overwhelmed by life and life's circumstances. I've been there a couple of times. If you want to vent you can talk to me. I promise I won't be unkind. Just kow this much, someone does care, even if you don't know who they are! Diana

Alex, you know life goes like this;
you have good times followed by bad, then its ok, then its great!
then its bad but when its bad you start to realise its going to get better then when it does get better you start to understand hey there is a pattern to this and once you begin to understand you are middle aged start to panick thinking what have i done? wasted valuable time thinking life is bad, what should i do to improve my life so you set about making improvements and you are so busy improving your life you get a big belly then your health starts to fail and you moan about it but hey there is nothing you can do, just go with the flow...

yup-life sucks. However all YOU need to do is get rid of everyone in your life right now. Just stop talking to your parents for awhile and about your gf, check this site out and see if she fits the description - if so please get rid of her nagging a*ss. U need to realize that u are not obligated to do anything with your life. Spend YOUR time the way u want to- not how others want! read all that this guy has to say-
