The best way to get that fit "v" shape is to add mass to your lats and shoulders. Don't try to gain weight just by eating. Find a work out program that will target those areas. Building lean muscle is a much healthier way to do it. Don't forget to adjust your diet for maximum growth. You are what is called a hard gainer. Pick up a fitness magazine. You may not be looking to be a big body builder but you can find lots of good info on nutrition and exercises to do that will get you the look you want. It will take work and dedication but all great things do. Good luck.

I started when I was your age, at your height and weight. I am nlow 34 and 86kgs. not overly muscular but have good depth and tone now. time is on your side man.
but the bone wont grow, so to increase the width of your chest, I suggest exercises that increase the latissimus dorsi muscle. that is the muscle that is down the outside of your ribcage, from your armpit to your waist. it helps provide width in your upper body. it gives the V shape.
pullups, or Lat pulldowns (on a machine) are great, and so is seated rows. but you need to exercise other muscle groups too, or you will be 'unbalanced' physiologically.
The chest itself: push ups or bench press for depth of chest muscle, changing the angle of exercise periodically to stimulate different areas to grow. it takes time, but if you start now, you will get there. if you never start, then you never will.
the increase in muscle width can boost the look towards a great body. but try to do all of it. do an all over workout, as when the muscles start growing the testosterone will be increased, making all the muscle grow more.

It might be tough to add bulk given your current height and weight.
You will have to make a serious committment to eating more (5 meals and significant increase in protien and calories) while specifically training your chest with weightlifting.
Any other workouts you do will probably slow down your workout efforts toward chest development.
Men's Health has a good set of chest exercise as well as weight gaining meal ideas you can check out.

Increase your calorie intake, increase your protien intake. Go to the gym and work out three times a week with heavy weights for about forty minutes. Alternate muscles groups each day. Buy some whey protien. you should consume 40%carbs 40% protien and 10% fat.
