First of all why are you asking this? Why arent you happy with your natural skin color? I am light from the face and neck but a little dark by the hands and elbows.....anyway
What kind of skin color are you? If you are tan drink homogenized milk, I repeat milk, milk, milk, milk, milk, milk, milk, milk milk milk, milk, milk, milk, milk, milk... Oh yes I did I forget milk, milk, milk, and more milk. Drink alot of milk it's also physically and mentally good for you. Try to put on light make up and I suggest using a creme which has vitamin c or b in it that should work. I reccomend the creme because it will work better.

Are you wanting your hair to become lighter or your skin?...For hair, I suppose best go to a salon to have it done.

for your skin, there are products out there that can illuminate your skin, and products that work on dark spots. But if you are trying too change the over all colour of your skin, it can't be done. You could go for resurfacing and get a fresh start with your skin as how it is meant to be.

if your trying to change your skin color then i suggest that you go see a therapist so that you can learn to accept your self the way you are but if you need to lighten dark spots the i suggest using Ambi fade cream. its affordable and it works well
