No, that's not true. I gained weight from it. But milk does make your bones strong.

There is a chemical in milk that has an effect on body weight. It is good for your bones as well. If the fat in milk is a concern.1% works just fine. Drink a glass of milk with your meal will help fill you up & prevent over eating. 13 is a great time to be drinking milk. Excellant choice of beverage. Chocolate 1% over soda that is eating healthy.

It probably has no effect. I never drank milk and didn't like cheese as a kid, and I'm still skin and bones at 24.
When you are 13, you don't really need to worry about staying skinny cuz your body is still developing. whatever you think is on your tummy will probably move up to your boobs eventually.

But having proper nutirition, with dairy products, will certainly help your body develop. Avoid whole milk. Drink skim and don't use sweetened yoghurt,

No truth to it.

unless you are lactose intolerant, then you will lose weight by way of painful diarrhea.

really, a balanced diet, with fewer sized meals more often. eg 3 meals cut in half and spread out in the day to be 6 smaller meals is the best diet activity. same calories in a day, yet it is better for blood sugar, and because you only eat what your body needs, there is no excess for the body to store. eating more than you need to, allows the body to store it.

No. Eating moderately with a healthy balanced diet will keep you slim. Exercise would also help. maybe play a sport? but take it easy. specially at this age.
