Ok i saw i wasnt the only one asking this question. but for years now i keep waking up at 3 am no matter at what time i sleep. unless im up all morning. so its strange so i thought i would ask and hear peoples opinions. and i dont wanna hear the emily rose crap lol

Because your body has turned on the automatic alarm clock. This usually happens to older people.

You just got used to it over time. If you want to sleep properly I suggest staying awake one whole night, then sleeping at a proper hour (10 or 11) the next night. that way your body will be so fatigued it will sleep through the night the way you should.

I have no idea!

I wake up at 3am also. I am wide awake. And I fall back asleep at 530 or so. I have to get up for work at 6am.

This never happens on the weekends.

Look up on Google. There is a sermon a man did about Spiritual Warfare at 3:00 a.m. Might be something TO it?

I to wake up at 3am and usually have to go to the bathroom. night after night. I tried to drink less liquids and this helped.
