It isn't as it doesn't have the capacity to. Compared to the majority of other nuclear states N Korea's nuclear program is like comparing an XBox360 to a Vic20. In fact, it took ages to certify they'd actually tested as the measure on the Richter scale was so slow. Yes, they have a minimal amount of weapons grade plutonium, but nothing capable of deploying it, and no useful warheads. They're just trying to annoy S Korea, and now China has stepped in, wagging the finger, they've said further tests have been put on hold.

Never, if they have any sense at all. That is a question I know. Still the only way they could get one to the states presently is in a suitcase. Let's say that happened. What next? Well one USN nuclear submarine carries enough firepower to make all North Korea glow in the dark for the next thousand years.

by no skill!!! in the event that they ever get a missile to bypass greater effective than a hundred miles, then we are able to start to fret. nighttime satellite tv for pc photographs of that section teach Japan, China, and South Korea lit up like Christmas wood - N.ok. is definitely dark. in the event that they could't even easy their properties (or feed their people), i'm no longer too traumatic approximately them hitting us with something. N.ok. ought to be a revolution waiting to take place, yet i'm unlikely to hold my breath. Years in the past I waived at a N.ok. troop around the DMZ - he waived lower back, and smiled. I particular felt sorry for that undesirable b-----d!! I nevertheless do.

God forbid! They do not have a missile capable of reaching the continental US although they have one that can reach Japan, Mongolia and the Phillipines. I see Condi Rice is making bellicose noises about Korea after her trip to China. I think that the more apposite question is "When will the US nuke Korea?"

Its not you fool, they have some nuclear technology but no war head to deliver it.
And they would also be aware that an attack on the us would result in North Korea being wiped off the map-its called M.A.D.-Mutally Assured Destruction.

Never because they can not figure out how to place the nuclear device on to a missile.
